Most of The Pines Resort's nearly 3,000 square feet of event space offers views of Bass Lake and Central California's Sierra National Forest.
Bass Lake Event Center offers 7,000 square feet of event space. The Lakeview A and B rooms, just steps from the resort lobby, overlook Bass Lake, CA and seat up to 300 guests in theatre-style setup.
The Boathouse, owned by Bass Lake Event Center, in a separate building adjacent to the lake, is a nautical themed room popular for banquets and special events. It accommodates 80 for dining events and 125 for cocktail style receptions.
The more casual Tennis Club Deck hosts 40 for seated outdoor affairs; the Gazebo Deck and Lakefront Garden accommodates groups of up to 300 for outdoor receptions and events.
The Pahoma Room, housed in the same building as Ducey's on the Lake restaurant and the resort's Suites, is ideal for board retreats, executive outings and breakout sessions with seating for 12. Small groups also appreciate the Executive Chalet, which seats six and includes a kitchenette, outdoor deck and downstairs bedroom.
The Lake House is a private, fully furnished lakefront estate with table seating for 10 and is ideal for small groups, staff workshops, and brainstorming sessions. Available for multi-day rentals year-round, the spacious house is adjacent to The Pines Resort, with easy walking access to all meeting space, restaurants, recreation and other resort accommodations. Full catering and special event services are easily arranged onsite by our capable conference services staff.
