Join us for the Pines Village Arts & Crafts Fair at the Pines Resort, on Bass Lake. Come to support our local artists and vendors. Enjoy an opportunity to shop for custom gifts, handmade items and unique find.


We'll be hosting over 20 unique craft vendors each of the dates, who will be selling their hand-made items and custom goods! Come shop the beautiful art, crafts, jewelry, furniture and more.
 

Due to current health concerns, we are planning to limit the number of vendors to allow distant booth allocation. Each vendor will be equipped in hand sanitizer and enforce social distancing. We encourage all participants to limit their exposure, maintain proper distance from others and provide their own PPE.


 

DATES:

We will be hosting NINE (9) Craft Fairs in 2020 on the following dates:
* April 10 - 11, 2020 (Fri-Sat** / Easter Egg Hunt)  CANCELLED
* May 8 - 10, 2020 (Fri-Sat-Sun / Mother's Day)  CANCELLED
* May 22 - 25, 2020 (Fri-Sat-Sun-Mon / Memorial Day)   CANCELLED
* June 5 - 7, 2020 (Fri-Sat-Sun / Boat & Hot Rod Show)
* June 19 - 21, 2020 (Fri-Sat-Sun / Father's Day Weekend)
* September 4 - 7, 2020 (Fri-Sat-Sun-Mon / Labor Day Weekend)
* October 2 - 4, 2020 (OktoberFest)
* October 30 - November 1, 2020 (Halloween Weekend - we will be hosting annual Bass Lake Halloween carnival with 500+ participants).
* November 27 - 29, 2020 (Thanksgiving Weekend/Holiday Bazaar -> indoor event; limited space - we will be hosting 29th Annual Bass Lake Christmas Tree Lighting & Parade; 1,000 visitors).

* all cancellations were a result of covid-19 related gathering restrictions.

VENDORS:

All events are rain or shine. Vendors must agree to keep their booths open each day of the fair from 10am - 5pm (8pm on Nov. 28th) and on the last day from 10am until 2pm (3pm on Sat. Apr 11th). Vendors are allowed to be set up on Thursday after 4pm.

Each vendor will be assigned to a 10x10 BOOTH space.
 

COST:

1 event: 150/per event
2 events: $125/per event
3 or more events: $100/per event
To receive the discount you must sign up for all the desired events at the same time.
