Ideal for family reunions, corporate retreats, weddings and special occasion celebrations, our fully-furnished houses combine a comfortable residential setting with access to full resort amenities at your disposal.
 

Granite Ridge Villa

Granite Ridge Villa is located in the Bass Lake Estates Neighborhood, just 1 mile east from the Pines Resort. The 6-bedroom; 5 1/2 bath property is set on a hill top with the best views of Bass Lake in the area! It's a perfect choice for larger families or groups of friends. Come for a weekend or make it your home away from home for holidays. Relax and enjoy breathtaking views of both, the sunrise and the sunset from the wrap-around deck. The Villa features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, custom fixtures and mountain lodge ambiance. Sleeps up to 10 people.

McAlpine House

McAlpine House offers the best views of Bass Lake from the property and comforts of a mountain cabin. This beautiful house, located on nearby chalets, just above the pool is overlooking Bass Lake and Gazebo Garden.  It features mountain lodge decor and offers a large living room area with two sofa beds, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a large dining area, a laundry room, and a very large outdoor patio with propane barbecue, and plenty of parking. Sleeps up to 12 guests.

Conveniently located nearby all resort amenities near the tennis courts and two-queen bed chalets, it features two bedrooms, one with a king bed and second with 2 queen beds, cozy living room with a duraflame log burning fireplace (logs not provided) and fully equipped kitchen.
