From Sacramento
Take Hwy. 99 South to Merced. In Merced, take Hwy. 140 East to Mariposa. In Mariposa, take a wide right turn onto Hwy. 49 Southeast to Oakhurst. In Oakhurst, take Hwy. 41 North toward Yosemite just 3.5 miles to the Bass Lake turnoff (Road 222). Follow this road and Pines Resort signage directing you 6 additional miles into The Pines Village. (Approximate driving time: 3.5 hours)
From Los Angeles
Take Hwy. 5 North to Bakersfield. In Bakersfield, take Hwy. 99 North to Fresno. In Fresno, take Hwy. 41 North (toward Yosemite). Just 3.5 miles past the town of Oakhurst, turn right at the Bass Lake turnoff (Road 222). Follow this road and Pines Resort signage directing you 6 additional miles into The Pines Village.
