We remain committed to the highest standards of cleaning and have also added pre-stay disinfecting procedures in all accommodations and common areas of the property.  All employees wear masks and are trained on responsible hospitality. Come relax and renew with the peace of mind that your safe with us.

Before You Arrive

Common Areas
  • Common Areas, including the pool, Jacuzzi, fitness room or the lobby are current closed to prevent gatherings
  • Hotel and market are open with safety guidelines in place
  • As of December 2020, both restaurants are open for take out and delivery only. Dining rooms are closed.
  • Trained staff on social distancing and sanitizing procedures
  • Two-step cleaning and sanitization has been implemented throughout the resort
  • Hand sanitizer stations in the lobby and at the entrance
  • Online check in being offered as on November 2020 to limit in person interactions at the front desk
  • In person check in is held at the window outside to avoid gatherings in the lobby
  • Contact-less payment and check-out available for all guests
  • All staff is required to wear a mask and received well checks before the start of their shift to make sure that everyone is in optimal health
Rooms + Suites
  • Two-step cleaning in place since March 2020. Sanitizing crew is spraying the room after housekeeping and prior to guests' arrival
  • Frequent cleaning with disinfectants against COVID-19 in all accommodations
  • Guest keys sanitized for a safe and clean experience
  • Touch-less entry doors were installed in all rooms
  • Shared items, like in-room directory or menus were replaced with one-time copies or digital files to view on the phone
  • Room remakes was suspended during guests' stay to limit personal interactions. Additional supplies are available upon requests
  • The staff is available 24/7 via phone, text message and online chat
  • Frequently disinfect high touchpoints, including switch panels, remote controls, faucets

We’ve committed to brand-new deep cleaning procedures that include daily disinfecting of all rooms, surfaces, and common areas, under the guidance of the CDC and Department of Health.
What enhanced cleaning measures are in place?
Yes, guests can find hand sanitizing stations throughout the property. We can also provide additional supplies on request to ensure extra protection.
Does the property have hand sanitizing stations?
Yes, restaurants are open 7am until 9pm, offering indoor dining, outside seating and take out orders.
