The deep, long lake features four bays brimming with catch and a public boat launch. Bass Lake is home to some of the largest salmon in California during the summer season, and you'll find big black and spotted bass during the fall and spring when the lake is quiet. Fish in the early mornings, before the boaters and jet skiers come out to play.

Located right on the shores of Bass Lake, The Pines Resort features a boat launch and a marina with boat, jet ski, wave runner, and canoe rentals. You'll also find water sport rentals at The Fork Marina and General Store.
