  • What if I need to cancel my reservation?

    If you cancel your reservation for any reason, within the cancelation window, so at least 7 days prior to the arrival date, your entire deposit will be refunded minus the $20 cancelation processing fee. If your cancelation occurs outside of the cancelation window (less than 7 days out), the first night stay deposit will be held as a cancelation penalty.

    We do understand emergencies also happen, so if you need to cancel your reservation immediately, please contact our Front Desk. We may be able to reschedule it or transfer your balance to a gift card to be used later.
